System to provide employees with immediate access to professional mental health and psychiatric services.
Mental and physical health testing
Using heart rate variability monitoring and home sleep testing to objectively assess employees' mental health, detect early signs of autonomic nervous system imbalance and other high-stress symptoms, and provide timely assistance.
Mental health counseling
Through face-to-face or online mental health counseling, address psychological issues early and develop coping strategies.
Mindfulness cognitive course
Mindfulness-based cognitive programs have been scientifically proven to reduce stress, enhance emotional regulation, improve brain flexibility, and enhance overall quality of life.
Mental health literacy
Systematically enhance HR personnel's mental health literacy, including topics such as basic overview of common mental disorders, workplace bullying and sexual harassment awareness, companionship, active listening and counseling skills, emergency situation assessment and response, and support for employees from diverse backgrounds.
Life Coach
"Coach" plays a role in inspiring clients to unleash their maximum personal and professional potential through reflective and creative collaboration processes.
A life coach is a trained professional who works with you to unravel current life challenges, set specific and practical goals, explore potential action plans, and accompany and motivate you towards achieving those goals.
Crisis management plan
Including supportive groups, health seminars, and counseling hotlines, assisting your company's HR in handling emergencies, including trauma, grief, conflicts, and other organizational challenges.
Customized service offerings
Initial assessment
The EAP evaluation team collaborates with your company's HR to convene an assessment meeting, thoroughly understanding the current personnel situation and needs.
Service design
Based on the assessment results, design a customized service plan and provide a quotation.
Implementation and review
Provide quarterly execution reports, review utilization rates, and adjust service content and processes accordingly.
